1. Refunds
Due to the nature of our interior design and renovation services, refunds are generally provided only in the following circumstances:
- If services were not delivered as agreed in the service contract.
- If there is a significant defect or issue caused directly by our workmanship.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of project completion or service delivery. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
2. Returns
For any products, materials, or items supplied by us as part of your renovation or design project:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Customized or bespoke items cannot be returned.
- Return shipping or handling costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or delivered incorrectly.
